Accepting these terms
By using pieceoutworld.com or ordering a service through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Purchases inside the Piece Out app are additionally covered by the terms of Google Play or the App Store.
What we provide
The site offers game information, a public level index, support channels and a set of paid services: level packs, hint and ad-free unlocks, memberships, coaching, classroom licences, custom board design, gift codes and seasonal event passes. Each service is described on its own page and on the pricing page.
Orders and payment
In-app purchases are billed by your app store. Studio services such as coaching, commissions and licences are invoiced or paid by arrangement through our contact channels. Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Delivery times quoted on service pages are estimates; custom work may shift by a few days during busy periods, and we will tell you if that happens.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or services: no scraping at disruptive volume, no attempting to breach the site or game, no reselling of accounts, codes or commissioned boards, and no use of our content to mislead others. We may refuse service where these rules are breached.

Refund terms depend on what you bought: app store purchases follow store refund processes, and studio services follow our Refund Policy. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime through your store subscription settings.
Liability and changes
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding its cost. Nothing in these terms removes rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law or the GDPR. We may update these terms; the version on this page, with its revision date, is the current one.
